[ faq ]

Questions, answered.

Is it really free?

Yes. Your page at bookthisplease.com/yourname has no booking fee and no cut of your sales. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fees, and you can pass that fee to clients.

What if a client cancels?

You set the cancellation window. The default is 12 hours before class. Inside that window, the client gets a full refund to their card. After that, the class fee is forfeited. You can still refund a booking from your admin.

Who pays the card fee?

You do, unless you choose to pass it on. Book This Please does not add a fee and does not keep a cut of Stripe's processing. When you pass the fee to clients, they see it as its own line before they pay.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can point your own domain at your page from settings. There is no paid upgrade and no separate branded app.

Do I need tech skills?

No. Sign in with an email link, then add studios and classes from the admin on your phone.
